We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online sales. The ideal candidate will oversee digital campaigns, manage social media platforms, optimize website performance, and analyze campaign effectiveness to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Create and oversee content marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
- Monitor website traffic and optimize user experience using analytics tools.
- Manage online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure campaign success.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Improve lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with CRM platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
