Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software and maintain accurate customer records.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure high conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve lead generation and customer retention.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
