Job Description
We are looking for a Printer Service Engineer to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of printer troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. Freshers with technical knowledge and a passion for hardware servicing are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues in inkjet, laser, and multifunction printers.
- Install, configure, and maintain printers and related devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related printer problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
- Visit customer locations for onsite support and service.
- Coordinate with the service team for timely completion of service requests.
- Maintain service reports and update job status regularly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
