Cygnett Inn Sea View, Digha is looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant South Indian Cook to join our culinary team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing authentic South Indian dishes including dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, and chutneys.
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in South Indian cuisine preferred.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Location: Cygnett Inn Sea View, Digha
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on experience)
