Qualification
- B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience
- Transformer industry experience preferred

- Negotiation and follow-up skills
- Working knowledge of Transformer Industry
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities
- Meet sales targets in the assigned region
- Handle customer, consultant, and contractor interactions
- Prepare technical presentations, quotations, and tender documents
- Coordinate with Estimation & Design teams for proposals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, and Service teams for smooth execution
- Follow up on deliveries, payments, and customer support
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and CRM/ERP updates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate from Electrical/Transformer manufacturing industry preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong sales and client-handling capabilities
- Team player with problem-solving attitude
