As part of this team, you will work with clients to support large-scale digital transformation by bringing together strategy, process design, and technology enablement. Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and optimizing Oracle Supply Chain Management modules, including Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Materials, and Costing
- Participating in Oracle Supply Chain Management full-cycle implementations, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, and testing
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to identify business process improvement opportunities and translate requirements into solution designs
- Supporting end-to-end business processes, including Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, to help drive operational efficiency
- Working across delivery teams to support execution, issue resolution, and quality delivery in onsite-offshore environments

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 6-10 years of experience supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management modules, including Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Materials, Work in Process, Advanced Pricing, Services, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demantra, and Costing
- 4+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management full-cycle implementations as a team member or lead
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process design, configuration, and testing
- Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
- Experience supporting end-to-end Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience leading an Oracle applications workstream
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
