Travel Sales Executive (Freshers Welcome)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executives who are passionate about travel and tourism. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply. You will assist clients in planning their business and leisure travel while providing exceptional customer service and travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages, destinations, and services.
Assist clients with bookings for flights, hotels, holiday packages, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel itineraries, visa requirements, local customs, and travel regulations.
Coordinate with customers to finalize travel plans and process bookings.
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional manner.
Promote holiday packages and travel deals to achieve sales targets.
Resolve customer concerns, travel issues, and booking modifications efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update information in the company CRM/software.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and tourism products.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in rotational shifts
