Khing Par, the signature Pan Asian Restaurant & Bar, is hiring Commis I, II, and III to strengthen its culinary team. These roles are structured across skill levels, focusing on Pan Asian cuisine execution, discipline, and kitchen efficiency in a premium dining setup.
Commis III – Entry Level (Trainee Role)Position Objective
To support kitchen operations by handling basic preparation and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic prep work (cutting, chopping, cleaning vegetables).
- Assist in mise-en-place for daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and workstations.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs.
- Support in basic cooking under supervision.
Requirements
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience.
- Basic kitchen knowledge preferred.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Discipline and teamwork.
Commis II – Intermediate Level (Execution Role)Position Objective
To handle specific kitchen tasks and assist in preparation of dishes with consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare basic Pan Asian dishes (noodles, fried rice, stir-fries).
- Assist in wok cooking and sauce preparation.
- Maintain portion control and plating standards.
- Ensure readiness during service hours.
- Support senior chefs and guide Commis III.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in kitchen (Pan Asian preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Asian sauces and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication.
Commis I – Advanced Level (Section Support Role)Position Objective
To assist in managing a kitchen section and ensure consistent food production.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes independently in assigned section (wok / starters / sauces).
- Maintain taste consistency and presentation standards.
- Supervise Commis II & III.
- Assist CDP and Sous Chef during service.
- Ensure proper use of ingredients and minimize wastage.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Pan Asian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of wok cooking, sauces, and basic Asian techniques.
- Ability to handle pressure during peak service.
- Leadership and discipline.

Sharing accommodation provided in a semi-furnished apartment owned by the Managing Director, within 100 meters from the resort
