About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to oversee end-to-end store operations, drive sales, and deliver a premium brand experience to Gaia’s clientele. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for fashion, and proven retail management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain store ambience and presentation standards aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Manage inventory, replenishment, and periodic stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with store SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
Sales & Client Experience
- Drive sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Build long-term client relationships through personalized styling and service.
- Handle customer feedback, returns, and issue resolution efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams on in-store activations and launches.
Team Management
- Supervise and train store associates on product knowledge and sales etiquette.
- Allocate tasks, create duty rosters, and ensure smooth coordination across shifts.
- Foster a motivated, performance-driven work environment.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report daily/weekly sales performance, footfall, and conversion metrics.
- Provide insights on fast-moving items, customer preferences, and stock trends.
- Support management in planning promotional and inventory strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in fashion or lifestyle retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Graduate in Retail Management / Business / Fashion preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Eye for aesthetics and understanding of luxury fashion retail.
- Comfortable with POS systems, MS Office, and inventory management tools.
- Energetic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented professional.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
