E-COMMERCE AND OMNI-CHANNEL EXECUTIVE
Location: Hadapsar/ Kharadi, Pune
Experience: 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Shopify website and product catalogue
* Handle online orders, inventory sync, and customer queries
* Work extensively on ACME ERP for stock, sales, and reporting
* Coordinate inventory between stores, website, and marketplaces
* Upload products, images, pricing, and promotions
* Generate MIS reports and analyze sales data
* Support omnichannel initiatives such as Click & Collect and store-to-home deliveries
* Troubleshoot basic computer, software, and system-related issues
* Coordinate with marketing team for website updates and campaigns
Required Skills
* Hands-on experience with ACME ERP (must-have)
* Strong computer proficiency (Excel, reports, data management)
* Experience managing Shopify stores
* Understanding of inventory management and retail operations
* Detail-oriented and process-driven
* Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
