We are looking for an experienced Digital Solutions Consultant with strong expertise in Paid Media and Digital Advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager, along with strong analytical capabilities to derive actionable insights from campaign data.

The role requires regular interaction with the US leadership team; therefore, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
- Analyze campaign metrics and generate actionable insights using GA4, Excel/Sheets, and Looker Studio.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance reviews for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success.
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities for audience growth, engagement, and conversion optimization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹331,775.69 - ₹960,139.93 per year
