We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will generate leads, understand client requirements, conduct property presentations and site visits, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and outbound calls.
- Understand clients' property requirements, budget, and investment goals.
- Present suitable property options to prospective buyers.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits and project demonstrations.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding pricing, payment plans, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
- Negotiate terms and facilitate successful property transactions.
- Assist clients with documentation and coordinate with legal and financial teams for smooth closures.
- Maintain updated records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
