Sourcing Manager – Kurla
Location: Kurla, Mumbai
Budget - 8 LPA to 10 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage channel partner networks.
- Generate qualified leads through brokers and agencies.
- Conduct CP meets and relationship-building activities.
- Drive lead generation and site visit conversions.
- Track sourcing performance and maintain reports.
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of real estate sourcing/channel sales experience.
- Strong broker and channel partner network in Mumbai.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Target-driven approach
