Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager with strong B2B sales and customer-handling experience to manage existing customers and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Manage enquiries, quotations, orders and order execution.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders and payments.
- Coordinate with accounts, dispatch and technical teams.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate technical/product-related issue resolution.
- Develop new B2B customers and generate new business.
- Conduct customer visits when required.
- Maintain sales and customer records and provide regular updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience; B2B experience preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Experience in Chemicals, Polymers, Plastics, Rubber, Industrial Products or other B2B industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
