Eligibility
Graduate (Mandatory)
Minimum 1–2 Years of Sales Experience
Strong Communication & Leadership Skills
Team Handling & Target-Oriented Approach
Knowledge of CRM and Sales Reporting Preferred
Job Responsibilities
✔ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
✔ Develop and implement effective sales strategies
✔ Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
✔ Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
✔ Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
✔ Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for business growth
✔ Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
