MEE Operator (Multiple Effect Evaporator)
- Operate and monitor MEE plant equipment
- Control temperature, pressure, and steam flow
- Ensure proper evaporation process
- Check for scaling, fouling, and cleaning needs
- Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs
ETP Operator (Effluent Treatment Plant)
- Operate ETP systems (aeration, clarification, filtration)
- Monitor pH, COD, BOD, TSS levels
- Add chemicals (lime, alum, polymers) as required
- Ensure treated water meets pollution control norms
- Handle sludge removal and disposal
- Maintain daily log sheets and reports
RO Operator (Reverse Osmosis Plant)
Operate RO plant (pumps, membranes, filters)
- Monitor pressure, flow rate, and water quality (TDS)
- Perform membrane cleaning (CIP – Clean in Place)
- Replace filters and cartridges when needed
