Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Create monthly influencer calendars supporting product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Identify macro, micro, and nano influencers relevant to the brand.
Creator Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and talent managers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, contracts, and timelines.
- Develop brand ambassador and affiliate programs.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Content & Brand Collaboration
- Coordinate with content, design, social media, and performance marketing teams.
- Oversee influencer-generated content, UGC, and branded collaborations.
- Ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables and approvals.
- Support storytelling initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, ROI, and ROAS.
- Prepare campaign reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Analyze creator effectiveness and optimize future collaborations.
- Maintain influencer databases and performance records.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, creator trends, and social media innovations.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and growth channels.
- Stay updated on emerging influencer marketing platforms and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns for beauty, lifestyle, D2C, consumer, or luxury brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
