## About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Designer who can design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and visually engaging websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, CMS platforms, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and modern web design tools.
The candidate should be capable of converting design concepts into fully functional websites while ensuring responsiveness, performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
## Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop responsive business, e-commerce, and landing page websites.
* Build and customize websites using WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.
* Develop responsive website layouts using Bootstrap.
* Customize WordPress themes, plugins, Elementor layouts, and WooCommerce stores.
* Customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
* Convert Figma, PSD, or Adobe XD designs into responsive web pages.
* Create visually appealing layouts with a strong focus on UI/UX and user experience.
* Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and compatible across browsers and devices.
* Manage website content, banners, product pages, forms, menus, and page layouts.
* Optimize website speed, images, design structure, and overall performance.
* Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, theme, plugin, and browser-related issues.
* Coordinate with developers, content writers, SEO executives, and marketing teams.
* Maintain design consistency across websites and digital platforms.
* Follow the latest website design trends and accessibility best practices.
## Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
* Strong hands-on experience with Responsive web designer grid systems.
* Experience developing mobile-first and cross-browser-compatible websites.
* Hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify.
* Experience with Elementor, WooCommerce, themes, and plugin configuration.
* Understanding of Shopify Liquid and theme customization.
* Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or other responsive frontend frameworks.
* Knowledge of CMS platforms and website builders.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience with custom WordPress theme development.
* Knowledge of WordPress hooks.
* Experience with Shopify apps, metafields, and third-party integrations.
* Ability to customize Bootstrap components and layouts.
* Familiarity with Webflow, Wix, Magento, or other CMS platforms.
* Basic knowledge of website hosting, domain configuration, cPanel, and FTP.
* Understanding of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.
* Experience designing e-commerce and conversion-focused websites.
## Candidate Requirements
* 1–3 years of professional web designing experience.
* Strong portfolio of live websites or completed web design projects.
* Ability to independently design and develop complete websites.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
## Education
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Web Designing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹38,133.49 per month
