- Attend incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about home appliances
- Make outbound calls for product promotions, service reminders, and customer feedback
- Explain product features, warranty details, and service procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department
- Generate leads and support sales conversions
- Keep records of all conversations in the CRM system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
