- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve incident response processes and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their problem-solving and technical skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.
