Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong visual design sense, the ability to create engaging digital assets, and experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
You will play a key role in creating compelling graphics, marketing creatives, branding materials, website visuals, and campaign assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality digital creatives including social media posts, banners, infographics, brochures, flyers, presentations, and ad creatives
- Collaborate closely with digital marketing, content, and development teams to execute creative campaigns
- Ensure consistency of branding, typography, and visual identity across all platforms
- Optimize designs for web, mobile, and digital marketing channels
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design tools, and creative best practices
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaign concepts and visual strategies
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and multimedia assets as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or digital creative roles
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Good understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and branding principles
- Experience designing creatives for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and marketing-oriented design work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, or similar platforms will be an added advantage
