About Khetika Khetika is a fast-growing food and consumer brand dedicated to offering fresh, authentic, and high-quality products. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer trust, we are scaling rapidly across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms. We are looking for a Key Account Executive to strengthen our sales team and drive growth across leading online channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with key E-commerce and Q commerce platforms.
Ensure smooth execution of deliveries while maintaining 100% fill rates.
Work closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) for timely order fulfilment and accurate inventory management.
Address issues related to stockouts, cancellations, pricing discrepancies, and order delays in coordination with platform teams.
Take complete ownership of Purchase Orders (POs), fill rate tracking, and other operational metrics.
Ensure seamless execution and on-time deliveries across all platforms.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in handling E-commerce / Q-commerce sales within the FMCG sector.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, BigBasket, Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
Strong understanding of online sales operations, and analytics.
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and platform dashboards/portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and detail-oriented environment.
