Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, and providing suitable investment and financial solutions based on customer requirements.
This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to achieve business targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable investment and wealth management products.
- Promote financial products including Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Insurance, Fixed Income Products, and other investment solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain investment opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate business from existing clients through cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Keep clients informed about market updates and investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and servicing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Investment & Wealth Management
- Banking Sales
- Financial Services
- Insurance Sales
- NBFC Sales
- Mutual Fund Distribution
- Relationship Management
- Freshers with exceptional sales skills and financial knowledge may also be considered.
