Program & Project Management
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of contract logistics programs across warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
- Work with operations to prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage expectations, resolve escalations, and provide regular updates.
Operational Excellence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Standardize best practices across sites and programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with operations, IT, procurement, finance, and HR teams.
- Align program goals with organizational strategy and customer requirements.
- Facilitate communication across multiple locations and stakeholders.
Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Financial Management
- Ensure billing to the respective customers are done on time month on month & also follow up for AR. The DSO should be within the agreed timelines.
- Manage program budgets, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Track financial performance, including cost-to-serve and margin improvement.
- Support pricing, business cases, and contract negotiations.
