2. Job Summary
The Growth Manager would be responsible for identifying, researching, and monetizing new PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) product opportunities for XtraTrust. This role combines deep market research, product development & innovation and go-to-market execution to figure out new revenue streams and establish XtraTrust as a comprehensive PKI solutions provider.
You will serve as a market intelligence hub, competitive analyst, industry explorer and product evangelist, bridging the gap between customer needs and XtraTrust's product capabilities.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research on PKI products (DSC, eSign, encryption, HSM, certificate management, signing plugins), including features, pricing, deployment models, and target segments.
- Map and continuously update the competitive landscape by tracking key players in India and globally, analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, and go-to-market strategies.
- Evaluate competitor products hands-on through demos and trials, documenting workflows, user experience, technical architecture, and integration complexity.
- Study various industries (BFSI, government, legal, healthcare, manufacturing, SMEs) to understand their processes, pain points, and compliance needs where PKI can be applied.
- Identify and document concrete PKI use cases for each industry and translate them into clear business problems and solution statements XtraTrust can address.
- Work with internal teams to convert validated use cases into well-defined PKI products/solutions with clear value propositions, pricing, and target customer profiles.
- Identify the areas where AI in PKI Solutions & Products can be Implemented.
- Analyze sales and adoption trends of PKI across sectors to understand who is adopting what type of solution, for which workflows, and through which channels.
- Deep-dive into government systems to identify where PKI can improve security, efficiency and compliance.
- Work closely with sales & other teams to test propositions in the field, gather structured feedback and refine products and messaging based on real-world responses.
- Support marketing in crafting narratives, collaterals, and campaigns for new PKI products based on research insights and customer language.
- Build alliances with SIs/ISVs (ERP/HRIS/CRM/GST/Doc-workflow & others) for co-sell and other business opportunities
4. ‘Must’ Skills & Competencies
- Specialized certification in Cybersecurity/PKI/product management (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to connect dots between market trends, customer needs and product opportunities
- Knowledge of DSC, eSign, or related digital trust solutions
- Adequate exposure to Industries like Fintech, healthtech, legaltech, Eductech, Power, and MSMEs
- Knowledge of relevant tools and software like Data Analytics, CRM Tools, Business Intelligence, G2, Gartner, Capterra, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Moves quickly from research to action; doesn't get stuck in analysis paralysis
