About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can take ownership of our digital acquisition efforts and drive measurable growth. This role requires someone who understands both the creative and analytical sides of marketing and can optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant channels
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate spend based on performance insights
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad dashboards
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives
- Identify new growth opportunities and channels for customer acquisition
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
