About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of multiple sports training centers. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain high-quality training standards, plan & coordinate events & tournaments, and support coaches to deliver an exceptional experience for students and parents.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations across multiple sports centers to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
* Monitor student-to-coach ratios, batch allocations, attendance, and overall center performance.
* Conduct regular center audits, facility inspections, and operational quality checks.
* Manage inventory processes and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.
* Plan and coordinate tournaments, friendly matches, workshops, and other engagement activities.
* Track player assessments, coach development initiatives, and Parent-Coach Meetings (PCMs).
* Prepare operational reports, maintain center records, and analyze performance data.
* Support offline marketing initiatives to drive student enrollments.
* Ensure effective communication across teams, conduct regular meetings, and resolve operational issues.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in a sports organization.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to travel between training centers as required.
* Proficient in MS Excel, AI Tools, Google Workspace, and other working tools.
