About the Company
Ambica Dhatu Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturing company engaged in the production of wire, chemicals, and industrial products. We are looking for an experienced Zinc Phosphate Consultant who can optimize and manage our zinc phosphating processes while ensuring superior product quality and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize zinc phosphating processes for industrial applications.
- Monitor and control chemical bath parameters, including concentration, pH, temperature, and coating weight.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions to improve quality and productivity.
- Ensure consistent coating quality by conducting regular inspections and laboratory analysis.
- Recommend process improvements to reduce chemical consumption, improve coating performance, and minimize operational costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations related to chemical handling.
- Train production personnel on zinc phosphating operations, quality standards, and best practices.
- Evaluate new chemicals, additives, and technologies for continuous process improvement.
- Analyze production data and prepare technical reports with recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Zinc Phosphating, Surface Treatment, or Metal Finishing processes.
- Strong understanding of phosphate coating chemistry, process control, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of chemical testing methods, laboratory analysis, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with industrial safety practices and environmental regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in wire, steel, metal processing, or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of pretreatment chemicals and corrosion protection systems.
- Ability to improve process efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Team management and training capabilities.
