Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Accounts to lead and manage the overall accounting and financial operations of our consumer durable retail business. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audits, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations across retail branches.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Monitor receivables, payables, inventory accounting, and cost controls.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate accounting in ERP/SAP systems.
Requirements:
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in consumer durable retail.
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, audits, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
