Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities : IT Assets Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets and ensure systematic tracking of inventory. Vendor Engagement & Management: Coordinate with vendors for WAN support services and ensure smooth collaboration. Networking Skills : Need to Perform Cisco switch and wireless Lan controller upgrades and work on service requests in LAN , WAN and IPAM technologies ISP Coordination : Manage the wan circuit commissioning and documentation of related services. Internal change / Problem Tickets Management: Address and resolve internal tickets related to Network services efficiently. Microsoft Excel Knowledge: Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data management.
