We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer to help expand our client base, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, and supporting the firm's growth objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, networking abilities, and a passion for the architecture, construction, and real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, builders, developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to develop suitable solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and project opportunities.
- Maintain a database of clients, leads, and business contacts.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums.
- Support social media, website, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare business development reports and sales forecasts.
- Provide strategic insights to management regarding market growth opportunities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
