Job Summary:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, ensuring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and achieving organizational goals. The role involves coordinating with different departments, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the assigned team.
- Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
- Train, guide, and mentor team members.
- Ensure quality standards and company procedures are followed.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain discipline and promote a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with HR, Production, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and material usage (if applicable).
- Handle employee grievances and escalate major issues to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualification

- Relevant supervisory experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, Retail, or Service Indust
Pay: ₹9,126.12 - ₹33,736.63 per month
