About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our day-to-day business operations. The role involves monitoring major e-commerce websites, identifying profitable deals, placing orders based on company guidelines, and assisting with operational activities.
Preferred
- Experience in operations, procurement, e-commerce, or online shopping is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Monitor websites such as Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Costco, and other marketplaces for the best deals and discounts.
- Compare prices across multiple websites and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Place orders based on approved guidelines and timelines.
- Track orders, deliveries, and maintain purchase records.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on deals, purchases, and savings.
- Support day-to-day operational activities and coordinate with internal teams.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using e-commerce websites and online tools.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
