Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote our pest management services, generate new leads, and foster strong customer relationships. The role involves on-site visits, client meetings, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct surveys/inspections at client sites and explain service benefits.
- Prepare and deliver service quotations/proposals to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Report daily activities, leads, and sales performance to the sales manager.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in field sales, marketing, or similar roles (pest control, FMCG, insurance, etc., preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory).
