Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Install the right dies (metal molds) and set machine controls to the correct temperature, pressure, and speed.
- Material Loading: Feed plastic pellets or powder into the machine's hopper.
- Quality Control: Measure the thickness and width of the plastic using tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure it meets exact standards.
- Machine Monitoring: Watch the machine run and make quick adjustments if the plastic melts unevenly or changes shape.
- Maintenance: Clean and lubricate the machine parts to prevent damage and costly downtime.
- Record Keeping: Log production amounts, machine settings, and material usage into daily reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A high school diploma or vocational/ITI certification in plastic processing, mechanics, or a related field.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, lift heavy material bags, and work in a warm factory setting.
- Mechanical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot machine problems quickly and use basic hand tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
