Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our creative studio. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling client interactions, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming client calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Explain studio services, packages, pricing, and availability to prospective clients.
- Manage and maintain the studio booking calendar.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, makeup artists, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of bookings.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain client records, booking details, and payment status.
- Share invoices, collect advance payments, and coordinate with the accounts team when required.
- Ensure clients receive all necessary information before their scheduled shoot.
- Handle rescheduling requests and resolve basic client concerns promptly.
- Oversee studio readiness, including scheduling, housekeeping coordination, and availability of required resources.
- Prepare periodic reports on enquiries, bookings, and studio utilization.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, front desk operations, studio coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
- A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in a photography studio, production house, event company, or creative agency will be preferred.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
