Architectural Drafting & Design Documentation
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings including:
- Floor plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Site plans
- Working drawings
- Detail drawings
- As-built drawings
- Develop drawings based on architectural concepts, engineering inputs, and client requirements.
- Convert sketches, concepts, and design briefs into accurate CAD/BIM drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.
2. CAD/BIM Modelling
Create and modify drawings using software such as:
AutoCAD
Revit Architecture (if applicable)
SketchUp/other visualization tools
Maintain proper layers, drawing standards, templates, and file organization.
Prepare BIM models and coordinate with engineering disciplines where required.
3. Design Coordination
Coordinate with:
Architects
Civil Engineers
Structural Engineers
MEP Consultants
Project Managers
- Incorporate design revisions and technical comments promptly.
- Identify drawing conflicts and coordinate resolutions.
4. Drawing Quality Control:
o Check drawings for:
Accuracy
Dimensions
Scale
Annotations
Material specifications
Drawing standards
- Ensure error-free submission of drawings.
- Maintain revision control and drawing registers.
5. Project Support:
- Assist senior designers and engineers during project execution.
- Prepare documentation required for approvals and client submissions.
- Support quantity estimation and material schedules when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
