Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Odoo / ERP Business Analyst who can understand client requirements, provide effective ERP solutions, and most importantly, deliver compelling product demonstrations that convince potential clients of the value Odoo can bring to their business. You’ll work closely with our sales, functional, and technical teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements.
- Prepare and deliver live product demos, showcasing relevant Odoo modules and features based on industry-specific needs.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of Odoo ERP, and effectively convince customers to choose Odoo over alternatives.
- Document client requirements, workflows, and use cases for internal teams.
- Assist the sales team during the pre-sales phase with discovery, demo preparation, and proposal support.
- Create demo scripts and industry-specific demo data to ensure personalized presentations.
- Provide functional support and training to end-users as needed.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth handoff and solution delivery aligned with client expectations.
