Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and network devices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain servers, LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT policies.
- Support ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and software licensing.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Assist in planning and implementing IT infrastructure upgrades and new technology solutions.
- Train employees on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
