Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handling customer queries & providing shipment updates
✅ Coordinating with carriers, agents, and internal departments
✅ Preparing and sharing documents related to shipments
✅ Ensuring timely and professional communication with clients
✅ Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, export operations, or customer service.
- Good knowledge of shipment planning and export documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of customs and logistics operations preferred.
Pay: ₹12,669.92 - ₹32,000.00 per month
