- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, generate leads, and schedule appointments.
- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors by providing information and ensuring a professional front office experience.
- Manage appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups while coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain customer records, call logs, and office documentation accurately in the CRM or database.
- Respond to customer queries professionally through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Support daily front office operations by managing reception activities, handling correspondence, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
