It is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing social, technical, environmental, and ISO audits for clients across diverse industry sectors. The Project Executive will review documentation, collect and analyze data, conduct on-site assessments, interview stakeholders and workers, and prepare clear, concise audit reports and improvement plans. Responsibilities include supporting clients with compliance gap analysis, corrective action plans, ESG and sustainability-related documentation, and readiness for buyer, brand, and certification audits. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks, and contributing to training, client presentations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of compliance, social audits, and ethical trade frameworks (e.g., BSCI, SMETA, SA8000, SLCP, Higg FSLM, WRAP, ICS or similar).
- Knowledge of ISO and management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000/FSSC, 27001, 50001) and experience with implementation, documentation, or audit processes.
- Exposure to environmental and sustainable manufacturing programs (e.g., LWG, Higg FEM, chemical and wastewater compliance, resource efficiency, or industry-specific initiatives).
- Experience or familiarity with sustainability and ESG topics, including reporting, governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and global ESG protocols.
- Ability to conduct technical assessments and supply-chain security audits, including data analysis, risk identification, and preparation of corrective action plans.
- Strong analytical, report writing, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and clarity in English communication.
- Ability to work on-site with clients, travel as required, and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science & Commerce preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
