Background: Telesales / calling experience About the Role We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers—understanding their requirements, recommending the right products, ensuring smooth order placement, and providing excellent post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to orders and product requirements. Understand customer needs and pitch suitable product options, especially customized solutions for HIPPO. Assist customers throughout the purchase process, from inquiry to order confirmation. Provide post-sales support including order updates, issue resolution, and after-sales service. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customers. Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt, clear, and professional communication.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or any Graduate. Experience: 4-5 years in customer support, telesales, or related field.
Excellent communication skills (mandatory). Ability to build rapport with customers and handle queries patiently.
Open to learning about new products, quick learner & adaptable.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
