As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Factory Manager who can lead our manufacturing team, improve operations, and ensure everything runs smoothly every day.

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing unit.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the production team.
- Plan daily production and ensure targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Ensure all company SOPs and operational processes are followed consistently.
- Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Create production schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to help them perform at their best.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operating efficiently.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, and operational records.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce wastage, and streamline operations.
- Work closely with senior management to plan production and support business growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in food manufacturing, factory operations, or production management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Experience in inventory management and production planning.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
