DP (Design Pundit) Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is a creative advertising and branding agency delivering innovative marketing solutions across digital, print, branding, and advertising. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content calendars.
- Coordinate with the creative, design, and content teams to produce high-quality campaigns.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Respond to comments, messages, and online community interactions professionally.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social media tools.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign optimization.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing are preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Resident of Gurugram or nearby locations.
- Creative thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
