Your impact
Key Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of electrical systems used in semiconductor / microelectronics facilities
Hands-on experience with tool install electrical design including power distribution, grounding, and control wiring
Good knowledge of codes and standards (NEC, IEC, NFPA, SEMI standards)
Working knowledge of short circuit, load flow, breaker sizing, feeder sizing, SCCR
Familiarity with cleanroom environments and critical systems
Exposure to Lean design and execution principles
Strong coordination skills across disciplines (mechanical, process, facility)
Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capability
Key Responsibilities
Develop tool install electrical designs from concept to IFC (Issued for Construction)
Prepare:
Single line diagrams
Load schedules
Cable sizing and routing
Panel schedules
Perform engineering calculations:
Load estimation
Cable and breaker sizing
Short circuit and protection checks
Ensure compliance with client standards and semiconductor industry requirements
Coordinate with process, mechanical, and facility teams
Support on-site execution, resolve design issues, and provide technical inputs
Review and check deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
Support cost and manpower estimation for projects
Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement
Here's what you'll need
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar related degree
6–8 years experience in semiconductor / microelectronics / tool install projects
Experience working on cleanroom or fab environments is mandatory
Ability to independently handle packages with minimal supervision
