Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day factory operations in the cosmetics manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the cosmetic industry and strong leadership abilities to effectively manage factory staff and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
1.Oversee daily factory operations to ensure smooth production and workflow.
2.Manage and supervise factory staff and production teams.
3.Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.
4.Coordinate with different departments to maintain efficient operations and resource utilization.
5Maintain quality control and compliance with manufacturing standards.
6.Monitor inventory, raw materials, and production schedules.
Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
1. 2–5 years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in the cosmetics or personal care industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to handle factory operations and staff efficiently.
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
