Should be capable of taking decisions independently during the shift rather than waiting for the Plant Head/Production Head for every routine issue. Major quality, safety, machine or production issues should be escalated promptly.
The person will be responsible for the complete production performance of his assigned shift.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
