Job Description:
We are looking for an Academic Mentor who can support and guide students during their learning journey. The candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for helping students grow academically and professionally.
Responsibilities:
· Guide and support students throughout the course.
· Monitor student attendance and progress.
· Conduct mentoring and follow-up sessions.
· Help students clear doubts and stay motivated.
· Coordinate with trainers regarding student performance.
· Maintain student records and reports.
· Handle student concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic computer knowledge.
· Ability to handle students professionally.
· Experience in mentoring, teaching, or counseling is an added advantage.
