Role Overview-We are seeking talented and committed Architects and Interior Designer to join our boutique but dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of high-end design projects, from initial concept through to final site execution. You will be a crucial part of a team that values quality, attention to detail, and a commitment to seeing projects through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design process for various high-quality projects, including Luxury hospitality projects, premium offices and luxury offices.
- Develop innovative design concepts with the help of sketch up and concept boards and conclude with detailed 2D drawings.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, construction documentation, and specifications (GFC drawings).
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality results within specified deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch./M.Arch.) or a degree in Interior Design.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 to 15 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end design work and site experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills and high proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar relevant tools.
- Design Aptitude: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing spaces.
- Commitment: We are looking for a candidate genuinely interested in long-term growth and making a significant impact within our firm, rather than short-term job changes.
- Location: Resides in or around Gurugram/Gurgaon or is planning to relocate to the area.
